Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
To start a return, please reach out to us on WhatsApp to request a return at +20 110 3317699. Once your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for a courier to pick up the item from you.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 3–4 business days.
Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Fees
Please keep in mind that the shipping company we use operates independently from KIKA.
While we refund the product cost, any courier trips—whether for a refund or an exchange—will incur a shipping fee, as this service is managed by an external provider.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the item and process your refund or exchange promptly.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for sizing issues.
