How do I place an order?

Placing an order with KIKA is easy! Simply browse our collection, select the items you love, and choose your preferred size and color (if available). Once you've made your selections, add the items to your cart. When you’re ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon, review your items, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information, and choose your payment method. After completing the purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. And that’s it—your order is on its way!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, and if you’re located in Egypt, you also have the option to pay with cash upon delivery

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, but it’s not something you can do manually through your account. To request a change or cancellation, please email our customer service team (info@thekikastore.com). They’ll assist you with your request and provide guidance on any next steps. Additionally, if you’re looking to exchange an item, we’re happy to help with that as well—just reach out to us via email!

Do you accept international payments?

Yes, we accept international credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, so you can shop with KIKA from anywhere! However, please note that delivery will only be available within the country associated with the specific KIKA website you’re shopping from. For example, if you’re browsing our UAE site, delivery will be available across the MENA region, whereas orders on our Egyptian site are limited to delivery within Egypt. Regardless of where your payment card is from, your order will be shipped within the designated delivery area.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer standard shipping across Egypt, with an estimated delivery time of 6-7 working days. While some orders may arrive a bit earlier, please note that we currently do not offer express or priority shipping. Our shipping fee is a flat rate of 95 LE, no matter where you are in Egypt.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer region-specific websites with designated delivery areas. Currently, we have websites serving the MENA region and Egypt. When shopping with Kika, please ensure you’re using the correct URL for your region, as delivery is only available within the country or region associated with that website. For example, orders on our Egyptian website are delivered within Egypt, while our MENA site serves the broader MENA region. Regardless of your payment card's origin, please make sure you’re on the correct site for your delivery needs!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, our shipping partner will typically send you an email notification with tracking information to let you know your order is on its way. If, for any reason, you don’t receive this email, you can always reach out to our customer service team (info@thekikastore.com), and they’ll be happy to assist you with tracking your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day window for refunds and exchanges. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition with the tags still attached. If you prefer, you can try on the item while the courier is waiting, so you can decide on the spot if it’s right for you. Just reach out to our customer service (info@thekikastore.com) to initiate a refund or exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, simply email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. If you want to return or exchange the entire order, that’s possible too! Once we receive your email, we’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

All items can be returned, but for hygiene reasons, please ensure that swimsuits have their original hygienic pads intact.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is picked up by our courier, please let us know, and we’ll process your refund through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Refunds are typically completed within 3-4 days after the order is picked up.

What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange for a courier to pick it up free of charge. Once received, we’ll happily process your refund.

We offer a wide variety of items, so materials can vary across different products. However, quality is our top priority—if it’s not something our team would love to wear, we’re not selling it! Rest assured, every piece is crafted from high-quality materials that meet our standards for comfort and style.

To keep your garments looking their best, we recommend washing them in cold water or opting for dry cleaning. Avoid using hot water, as it can affect the fabric’s quality and longevity.
